culture shock!

How do you all feel about culture shock and reverse culture shock. how did you overcome this problem? what steps did u take to integrate when you returned home from a long trip or school?

I guess it happens when we think of going to some place which we haven't experienced before which is the way how it stays and at the same time understand things like thousand islands boat tours is one of those things that takes you ahead to experience things that you haven't before.
