I'm not sure how many people here have heard of Non Insured Health Benefits, it took me awhile to hear about it but it can be really convenient and even life-saving for some people. It specifically assists First Nations and Inuit people pay for things like dental care, vision care and mental health services. They are used as a "last resort" for people who do not get benefits from work or insurance or cannot afford some of these expensive treatments or routine care. If you need glasses, counselling, dentistry or other things that they cover, this is the site you will find it on:

Have you used these benefits before?

Would you consider using these benefits?

If you have used them, how was it? Any advice for those considering?

:D

I love "health is wealth", I totally agree :) Do you find it's difficult to find fresh fruit and veggies in your local grocery store or it's just easier to buy snacks and cookies? I know where I'm from people just buy junk cause it's convenient and fast.
